You only need three ingredients: a tube of crescent rolls (8 servings), a pound of ground beef, and about 1 or 1 and a half cups Mexican blend cheese.
Gianna opened up the tube of crescent rolls. She sprayed Canola spray on the bottom of the dish, then laid the strips of crescent rolls down with the wide strip facing the middle of the dish in a circular fashion.
She did ask me to brown the 1 lb. of ground beef for her, then I drained it, and we seasoned it with "taco" seasoning. We used chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and garlic powder.
Next we added the cheese: all natural Mexican blend....in a wreath - like fashion over the meat!
The final step before placing inside the oven: fold the crescent strips over the top of the Taco Ring. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 - 15 minutes. That's it!
The finished product: YUM! You can cut between each doughy portion for a bite-sized portion. The meat and cheese adhere like a meatloaf somehow. Delicious!!!
