Cherry Lime Sangria

Sangria is the perfect summer drink.  It's light, refreshing, not too sweet, and a little fruity.  You can mix just about any fruit into sangria.  I love Cherry Limeades from Sonic, so I concocted this adult beverage version of it.

The people at Skinny Girl make a fantastic Sangria.  The flavor is great, it's priced well, and all you have to do is add a little fruit to make it pretty and feel like you had a hand in making something.
I read somewhere that you can pit cherries with a chopstick.  Start by inserting the big end of the chopstick midway through, then use the skinnier end of the chopstick to push the pit all the way through.  This makes it easier to pit many cherries at once, but I still wanted to eat them along the way.

To make your Cherry Lime Sangria, just put some fruit into the bottom of a glass, then add some Skinny Girl Sangria.  The slight sweetness of the fresh cherries and the slight tartness of the lime with the Skinny Girl Sangria tastes like sweet summer time!
