Ingredients:
- 1 pint of oysters, drained
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter.
- Add oysters and cook until the edges curl (about 3 minutes).
- Add the remaining ingredients and heat until almost boiling
- Garnish with optional chopped parsley. Add hot sauce if desired.
