- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of coarse kosher salt
- optional toppings: butter, shredded cheddar, sour cream, chives, bacon bits
- Wash and dry the potatoes well.
- Microwave on high heat for 10 minutes.
- Place each potato onto aluminum foil. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon each salt, then top with 1 tablespoon butter on each.
